Few Trouble shooting tips for Poken and Poken Hub:
- If signing up to the Poken Hub on-line and have problem adding something just select SKIP and add it later by Editing your Profile.
- If you can upload a Picture try another photo that is smaller first then try a different web browner. For example if you are using FireFox try IE or Safari .
- Having view or update problems try using a different web browser to get in.
- If you can not get your Poken to Sync with the Hub then after signin then go back to the physical drive letter where the Poken is assigned and open the Hub from there.
- If it seems to keep turning Red when you try to Poken with someone. 1st Try to connect to another person after a longer pause. Last case remove the battery and put it back but it will throw off your timeline (no data lost in the synced contacts).
